You can lose everything
New coins on Solana regularly go to zero. Liquidity can vanish. Contracts can be copied. Names can be faked. Screenshots of past multiples are not a guide to the next coin. Hypothetical or fake-money results on this site are not real P&L. You should assume you can lose 100% of any money you put at risk.
No advisor, no broker, no fiduciary
Radar Tape and the people who operate it are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, commodity trading advisors, or money managers. We do not have a client relationship with you. We do not know your finances. We do not owe you a duty to update, warn, or stop you.
Release of claims
By using radartape.com you agree that you are using it at your own risk. You release and hold harmless Radar Tape, its operators, owners, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, and fees (including attorneys’ fees) that arise from: your trading; your choice of venue or broker; software or data errors; downtime; delayed or missing coins; or any decision you make after reading this site. You will not sue us for your losses. If a court will not enforce a full release, our total liability to you is limited to ten U.S. dollars ($10).
No affiliation with callers or groups
We study a public low-cap calling pattern. We do not run that group. We do not sell a VIP. We do not copy anyone’s wallet. We do not take a percent of your volume. Mentions of named coins or past screenshots are for education about how fills differ from later calls.
Data is incomplete
The feed is built from public pump.fun and DexScreener data. It can be late, wrong, or missing. “Why it could have a head start” is a reading of that data against a written framework. It is not a rating, a score you should obey, or a promise the coin will rise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in Florida state or federal courts. If you do not agree, leave the site.
